Welcome to Best London Chauffeurs. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our chauffeur services in London, United Kingdom. By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Best London Chauffeurs provides premium chauffeur-driven transportation services within London and surrounding areas. Our services include:

  • Airport transfers to and from London airports
  • City-to-city transportation
  • Hourly and full-day chauffeur hire
  • Corporate and business transportation
  • Event transportation

3. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability. Payment terms are as follows:

  • Full payment may be required at the time of booking or as specified in your booking confirmation
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as specified
  • All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
  • Additional charges may apply for extra waiting time, route changes, or additional stops

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies:

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service: Full refund
  • Cancellations made 12-24 hours before: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before: No refund
  • No-shows: No refund

5. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate pickup and destination information
  • Being ready at the scheduled pickup time
  • Treating our vehicles and chauffeurs with respect
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Covering any damages caused to the vehicle during the journey

6. Liability

Best London Chauffeurs maintains comprehensive insurance coverage. However, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings left in our vehicles.

7. Vehicle and Chauffeur Standards

We maintain high standards for our fleet and chauffeurs:

  • All vehicles are regularly maintained and meet UK safety standards
  • All chauffeurs are licensed, insured, and professionally trained
  • Vehicles are equipped with modern amenities including WiFi and bottled water

8. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time. In the event of significant changes to your booking, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer suitable alternatives.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
